I was most impressed with Darren, the driver, who rang at 8am to confirm he was leaving Werribee with our order, and to clarify access details etc. Our place can be difficult to find so I was pleased I could also warn him of the roadworks nearby. Fifteen minutes later one of the Tranzworks people also rang with an estimated time of arrival. Darren arrived on time and was very pleasant and efficient. The truck was so well-engineered that unloading was a breeze, and all the plants were in very good order. Altogether excellent service - thank you, Tranzworks and Darren!
